PDFSharePoint – Reader enabled forms in Adobe Acrobat X

PDFSharePoint v2.3 now supports Adobe Acrobat’s “Reader Extended Features”. Once a PDFSharePoint form is Reader enabled, users can access additional functionality in free Adobe Reader: – Digital Signatures; – Comments; – Files attachments; A Reader enabled form can also be accessed outside SharePoint and form data can be saved offline before synchronizing it back with SharePoint. Full Adobe Acrobat license is only required during the design of PDF form template. Once PDF form is deployed, you can access additional functionality with free Adobe Reader PDF SharePoint allows you to create and manage PDF Forms in your SharePoint 2010 environment.
