Once a PDFSharePoint form is Reader enabled, users can access additional functionality in free Adobe Reader: – Digital Signatures; – Comments; – Files attachments; A Reader enabled form can also be accessed outside SharePoint and form data can be saved offline before synchronizing it back with SharePoint. Full Adobe Acrobat license is only required during the design of PDF form template.
